Having been camped in only a handful of times, all of the equipment works, the upholstery is immaculate and the stainless kitchen is sushi-grade. The upper berth has never even been used. No smoking, kids, pets or odors. The awning tent is in great condition with a minor repair at the passenger side hinge. The screen will need to be replaced due to 30 years of lack of use.
